I like all the products they carry and the prices are reasonable...BUT, finding an employee to assist you is a very annoying task ! Apparently when customers look like they need help with something and make eye contact with an employee, that is the employee's que to start talking to another employee or wander off. This has happened to me at least 4 times while shopping for gifts at this location. Other Best Buys have been great to me but NOT the Elmore Ave location.
